1. Registration:
The Team Captain agrees to register the team for participation in the recreational league organized by the League.

2. Participation:
The Team agrees to participate in league activities, including games, and any associated events, in accordance with the schedule provided by the League.

3. Fees:
The Team agrees to pay the registration fee specified by the League. The registration fee covers participation in the league and may include additional items or services as outlined by the League.

4. Waiver and Release:
The Team acknowledges and understands that participation in the league involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury. The Team hereby waives and releases any claims against the League, its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in league activities.

5. Code of Conduct:
The Team agrees to abide by the League's code of conduct, which includes but is not limited to respecting other participants, officials, and spectators, and refraining from any behavior that may be considered disruptive, abusive, or unsafe.

6. Use of Likeness:
The Team grants permission to the League to use the team name, likeness, and image in photographs, videos, and other promotional materials related to the league without compensation.

7. Equipment and Uniforms:
The Team is responsible for providing their own equipment, including but not limited to appropriate footwear and any required team uniforms. If any team member loses their uniform, they agree to purchase a replacement from the League for the specified fee.

8. No Refund Policy:
Once the league has commenced, there will be no refunds issued for any reason.

9. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Quebec.
