1. Registration:
The Participant agrees to register for participation in the recreational league organized by the League.

2. Participation:
The Participant agrees to participate in league activities, including games, and any associated events, in accordance with the schedule provided by the League.

3. Fees:
The Participant agrees to pay the registration fee specified by the League. The registration fee covers participation in the league and may include additional items or services as outlined by the League.

4. Waiver and Release:
The Participant acknowledges and understands that participation in the league involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury. The Participant hereby waives and releases any claims against the League, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in league activities.

5. Code of Conduct:
The Participant agrees to abide by the League's code of conduct, which includes but is not limited to respecting other participants, officials, and spectators, and refraining from any behavior that may be considered disruptive, abusive, or unsafe.

6. Use of Likeness:
The Participant grants permission to the League to use their name, likeness, and image in photographs, videos, and other promotional materials related to the league without compensation.

7. Equipment and Uniforms:
The Participant is responsible for providing their own equipment, including but not limited to appropriate footwear and any required protective gear. The League may provide a jersey to new players as part of the registration fee. If the Participant loses their jersey, they agree to purchase a replacement from the League for the specified fee.

8. No Refund Policy:
Once the League has assigned the Participant to a team and the league has commenced, there will be no refunds issued for any reason.

9. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Quebec.

10. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Participant and the League regarding participation in the recreational league and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
