TEAM INFORMATION

For your team name, please follow these guidelines:
Any Division: Choose a country name (e.g., Canada, Brazil, France).
Asia Division: Choose an asian city name (e.g., Tokyo, Bangkok).

Important: Duplicate names within the same division are not permitted. Priority will be given to:
1. Teams that participated in the previous season of the World League.
2. New teams on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please provide the name of the league and the division your team has previously played in, whether in the World League or any other league. This helps us assess your experience level and ensure competitive balance across divisions. If your team is new, simply enter "New Team."
Please select the division you wish to compete in.

Important: The division you are placed in may be subject to change based on the commissioner's final decision.
To participate in the world league, every player must have a jersey. Once purchased, the jersey is yours to keep. However, if you lose or damage it, you will need to buy a new one.

1. Registration

The Team Captain commits to registering the team for participation in the recreational league organized by the World League and ensuring all required information is accurately provided.

2. Participation

The Team agrees to actively participate in all scheduled league activities, including games and related events, in accordance with the official league schedule.

3. Fees & Payment

The Team agrees to pay the required registration fee as specified by the League. This fee covers participation and may include additional benefits or services outlined by the League. All payments are final.

4. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

The Team acknowledges that participation in the league involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury. By registering, the Team waives and releases the League, its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from participation in league activities.

5. Code of Conduct

All team members must adhere to the League's Code of Conduct, which includes:

  • Respecting other participants, officials, and spectators.
  • Refraining from any form of misconduct, abusive language, or unsportsmanlike behavior.
  • Complying with all league rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

Failure to comply may result in penalties, suspensions, or removal from the league.

6. Media & Promotion Consent

By participating, the Team grants the League permission to use the team’s name, likeness, and images in photographs, videos, and promotional materials for marketing or social media purposes without compensation.

7. Equipment & Uniforms

  • Teams are responsible for providing their own necessary equipment, including proper footwear.
  • Each player must wear the required team uniform as designated by the League.
  • If a player loses their uniform, they must purchase a replacement from the League at the specified cost.

8. No Refund Policy

Once the league has commenced, no refunds will be issued for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, withdrawal, disqualification, or scheduling conflicts.

9. Final Division Placement

The League reserves the right to adjust a team’s division placement at the discretion of the League Commissioner.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Quebec, and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with these laws.

By completing the registration, the Team Captain confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this agreement.
